Terms of service.

By booking a service, submitting your details through our ads, or engaging with Detailing By Marko, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided

Detailing By Marko offers mobile and drop-off vehicle detailing services including, but not limited to:

  • Maintenance details

  • Full interior and exterior details

  • Paint correction

  • Ceramic coating

  • Add-on services

All services are subject to availability, assessment of vehicle condition, and may vary based on vehicle size and type.

2. Bookings & Deposits

  • A deposit may be required to confirm a booking.

  • Appointments are only secured once the deposit is received.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable with proper notice (see Cancellation Policy).

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, especially for mobile bookings.

4. Pricing & Quotes

  • Prices may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and service requested.

  • Final pricing may be adjusted after an in-person inspection if additional work is required.

  • Promotional prices are limited-time and subject to availability.

5. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due on or before completion of service.

  • We accept payment via cash, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees or affect future bookings.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Please remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before service.

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to items left in the vehicle.

  • Vehicles must be accessible and parked legally for mobile jobs.

7. Liability & Damage

  • All reasonable care is taken during every service.

  • Pre-existing damage will be documented prior to work beginning.

  • If damage is alleged, proof (e.g. before-and-after photos) may be requested. Claims must be made within 24 hours of service.

8. Promotions & Offers

  • Promotions (e.g. discounts, free details) may have limitations and expiration dates.

  • Only one promotion may be applied per booking unless otherwise stated.

9. Communication & Marketing

  • By submitting your contact details, you consent to communication via SMS, email, or phone regarding quotes, follow-ups, and future promotions.

  • You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by contacting us directly.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available upon request or on our website.
